Delete Your AskDad Account and Data

Option 1: Request deletion inside the app

1. Sign in to AskDad
2. Open Profile
3. Select Request Account Deletion
4. Review the warning
5. Confirm the request

The app records a pending deletion request.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

Email developer@sweaf.biz from the email address connected to your AskDad account. Use the subject "AskDad Account Deletion Request." Include the account email and, if available, the member ID shown in Profile. Never include your OTP or password.

Verification

SWEAF® may send a verification message to the registered email address before processing the request. This protects accounts against unauthorized deletion.

Data Deleted

Following verification, deletion includes:

• the Supabase authentication account and profile
• conversations, prompts, and AI responses stored in history
• saved guidance and notes
• feedback and AI-content reports
• usage-quota records
• other data directly associated with the account

Moderation and Security Records

Raw prompt text is not duplicated in new moderation logs. Limited de-identified records may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, or service security. Any retained information will be restricted to the purpose requiring retention.

Processing Time

SWEAF® aims to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If additional time is reasonably required or legally permitted, the requester will be informed.

Before Deletion

Export or record anything you wish to keep. Account deletion is permanent and deleted conversation history, saved guidance, and account access cannot normally be restored.

Clear Data Versus Delete Account

Clearing user data inside AskDad may remove conversations and saved records while leaving the login account active. To remove the account itself, use Request Account Deletion or the email process above.
