AuroWomen — Account and Data Deletion
Delete Your Account Inside AuroWomen
- Sign in to AuroWomen.
- Open Profile.
- Open Trust and Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
The app sends an authenticated deletion request and removes the account identity and supported associated information. It also clears supported local account information and the local emergency-evidence encryption key from that device.
Request Deletion Without the App
Email developer@sweaf.biz from the email address registered with your AuroWomen account.

AuroWomen Account Deletion Request
In the message, state that you want your AuroWomen account deleted. Do not send your password, one-time sign-in code, health records, financial records, evidence recordings or other sensitive content by email.
SWEAF® may request a secure account-ownership verification before completing deletion. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 calendar days.
Information Deleted
Deletion includes the authentication identity and supported associated profile, preferences, wellbeing check-ins, cycle entries, planner events, trusted contacts, SMS-consent records, SOS records, delivery attempts, encrypted emergency-evidence objects, finance records and community posts, comments and reports.
Information That May Remain Temporarily
Limited de-identified analytics, error records, abuse-prevention records, moderation or security records, legal holds and provider-managed backups may remain until their applicable retention periods expire.
Information stored only on your device cannot be remotely removed by SWEAF®. After a website or email deletion request, you may clear AuroWomen’s app storage or uninstall the app to remove remaining local information from that device.
Deleting an account is permanent and cannot be undone.
