Privacy Policy for CounterGlide

CounterGlide is an offline puzzle game developed by SWEAF®. Your puzzle progress stays under your control on your device.

1. Data Collection

CounterGlide does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal or sensitive user data through the app.

The app does not use:

• User accounts, sign-in, or cloud servers
• Analytics services
• Advertising SDKs
• Crash-reporting services
• Tracking SDKs or advertising identifiers
• Location, contacts, camera, microphone, or user-file access

2. Local Gameplay Data

CounterGlide stores only gameplay preferences and progress in the app's private Android storage:

• Highest unlocked campaign level
• Best charge rating for completed levels
• Daily and weekly challenge results
• Selected visual board theme
• Sound preference

This information remains on the device. It is not sent to SWEAF® or any third party.

3. Device Access and Permissions

The production app requests no sensitive Android permissions. CounterGlide reads its own package name, version, and build number solely to display accurate release information. Audio and haptic feedback are generated on-device.

4. Replay Sharing and External Links

Replay sharing occurs only when you tap Share. CounterGlide gives the Android share sheet a generated message containing the puzzle level, charge result, and launch-direction sequence. You choose whether and where to send it. CounterGlide does not learn the destination or receive the shared content.

Website, policy, and email actions open an external browser or email app. Those external services may process information under their own privacy terms. CounterGlide does not embed a web browser or read your browsing activity.

5. Support Communications

If you voluntarily email support, SWEAF® receives the email address, message, and any diagnostic details or attachments you choose to provide. This information is used to answer the request, investigate issues, and maintain reasonable support records. It is not used for advertising or sold to others.

6. Data Security, Retention, and Deletion

Local progress is stored in Android's private application storage and protected by the Android application sandbox. It remains until you:

• Use Erase local progress inside CounterGlide
• Clear CounterGlide storage through Android Settings
• Uninstall CounterGlide

SWEAF® has no remote copy of gameplay progress and cannot restore deleted progress.

7. Children's Privacy

CounterGlide does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Its no-account, no-tracking data practices apply to every player.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if CounterGlide's features, SDKs, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised date. The Play Console Data safety section will be updated whenever relevant behavior changes.
