Terms of Use for CounterGlide

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CounterGlide, a mobile puzzle game developed by SWEAF®. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Personal and Lawful Use

You may use CounterGlide for personal, non-commercial, lawful entertainment. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious modifications, or use it to violate another person's rights.

2. Limited Licence

SWEAF® grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the installed app in accordance with these Terms and applicable app-store rules. No ownership in the app is transferred to you.

3. Gameplay and Local Progress

Campaign progress, charge ratings, unlocked visual themes, and challenge results are gameplay records only. They have no cash value and are not virtual currency. They are stored locally and may be permanently removed if you erase app data or uninstall CounterGlide.

4. User-Initiated Sharing

You may share generated replay text through Android's share sheet. You are responsible for the destination you choose and for complying with that service's rules. SWEAF® does not control third-party apps, email providers, or websites opened from CounterGlide.

5. Intellectual Property

CounterGlide, its game-rules implementation, artwork, audio, code, and visual identity are protected intellectual property. SWEAF® is a registered trademark. These Terms do not grant a right to use SWEAF® branding except as displayed in the app.

6. Updates and Availability

SWEAF® may update, balance, add, remove, or discontinue features to improve gameplay, compatibility, security, or compliance. Device and operating-system differences may affect availability or performance.

7. As-Is Service

CounterGlide is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. SWEAF® does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, preservation of local progress, or compatibility with every device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SWEAF® is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including loss of locally stored progress. These Terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Ending Use

You may stop using CounterGlide at any time by uninstalling it. SWEAF® may restrict distribution where required by law, app-store policy, security, or misuse prevention.

10. Changes to These Terms

The latest Terms will be published with a revised date. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply.
