  • Community content you submit

Some information may be visible only to admins, moderators, or authorised reviewers for approval, safety, or moderation purposes.

Important visibility note:

Profile photos and certain community media (such as posts, memories, heritage images, and similar community content) may be stored using publicly accessible storage infrastructure where technically required for app functionality. Avoid uploading content that you would not want shared within community spaces.

Help request details, contact information, and community submissions may be visible to approved community members depending on feature behavior and community rules.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share or process data with trusted service providers only as needed to operate the App, including:

  • Backend hosting and database services
  • Authentication services
  • File storage services
  • Security, moderation, and support services

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, safety concerns, or to protect the rights and security of users, communities, SWEAF, or the App.

For safety and moderation purposes, some submitted text content may be processed using automated moderation systems operated through our backend infrastructure. We aim to avoid sending unnecessary personal identifiers for moderation processing.

5. Backend and Storage Provider

Our Native uses Supabase and related infrastructure for authentication, database, storage, and server-side functionality. Your information may be processed and stored using these service providers according to their security and data processing practices.

Some uploaded media may be stored using cloud storage mechanisms that generate accessible media URLs for displaying community content inside the App.

Audio recordings and selected sensitive media types may use additional access controls or time-limited access methods where supported.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including:

  • Secure communication over HTTPS
  • Authentication-based access controls
  • Row-level security and server-side access enforcement
  • Role-based admin and moderation controls
  • Restricted access to protected backend fields

No system is completely secure. You should use the App responsibly and avoid sharing highly sensitive information in public community areas.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the App, maintain community safety, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.

Some moderation, audit, security, or legal records may be retained for a limited period even after account deletion where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, compliance, or dispute resolution.

Some uploaded files, backups, moderation records, security logs, or technical records may remain temporarily until retention windows, backup expiration, or scheduled cleanup processes complete.

1. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Deletion can be requested through:

Inside the App:

Profile → Privacy → Delete Account

Deletion page:

https://sweaf.biz/our-native-delete-data/

Email:

developer@sweaf.biz

After verification, we will process deletion requests within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, dispute-resolution, backup, or community-safety purposes.

Account deletion may result in profile anonymisation, access revocation, and removal of personal profile information.

Some previously contributed community content may remain available in anonymised form (for example, displayed as Deleted User) where necessary to preserve moderation integrity, audit history, legal obligations, safety requirements, or community continuity.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request to:

  • Access personal information associated with your account
  • Correct inaccurate profile information
  • Delete your account and personal data
  • Withdraw from community participation
  • Contact us about privacy concerns

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

10. Children and Minors

Our Native is intended for community members who can responsibly participate in a social/community platform. If a minor uses the App, they should do so with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian where required by law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information without proper consent, contact us and we will review the matter.

11. Payments, Donations, and Subscriptions

The App is currently offered as a free app. If subscriptions, support contributions, donations, or paid features are introduced in the future, we will provide additional information at that time and follow applicable Google Play, payment, tax, and legal requirements.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
