Data Deletion Instructions

Important: Proof Note stores data locally

Proof Note does not use user accounts, cloud servers, analytics, or advertising. Your notes, photos, and voice notes stay only on your device.

SWEAF® does not have access to your content and cannot delete it remotely.

Option 1: Delete notes inside the app

If Proof Note provides a delete option in the app UI, you can delete individual notes from within the app.

Option 2: Clear app data (Android)

This removes all locally stored Proof Note data from your phone:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Apps → Proof Note
  3. Tap Storage
  4. Tap Clear Data (or “Clear Storage”)

Option 3: Uninstall the app

Uninstalling Proof Note deletes the app and its local storage from your device.

Note about exported files

If you exported notes as PDF/ZIP or shared them via other apps, those exported files may exist outside the app (for example, in Downloads, Files app, WhatsApp, Email, Google Drive, etc.).

To delete exported files, remove them manually from where you saved or shared them.
