Data Deletion Instructions

1. What you can delete yourself

You can delete Proof Note data by:

• deleting individual proof records inside the app,
• deleting exported proof files from your device,
• deleting exported backup files from your device,
• clearing the app's storage from your device settings,
• or uninstalling the app.

These actions remove locally stored Proof Note data from your device, subject to your device, OS, file manager, backups, recycle bin, and any third-party services you may have used.

2. No standard server-side app account

Proof Note does not normally create a developer-hosted user account for standard app usage. Because there is usually no Proof Note account on SWEAF® servers, there is usually no server-side account deletion process for ordinary app use.

Google Play's account-deletion requirement specifically applies when apps allow users to create an app account. If your app does not create such accounts, your deletion page should still clearly explain how users can delete their data.

3. Support-related data

If you contact SWEAF® for support and voluntarily send information such as screenshots, exported proof files, logs, or email details, you may request deletion of that support material by contacting:

Include:

• the email address used to contact support,
• a short description of the request,
• and enough detail to identify the support conversation or attachment.

SWEAF® may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or recordkeeping.

4. Premium purchase records

Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google Play. Certain transaction records may be retained by Google under Google's own policies and legal obligations. Proof Note does not control Google's billing records.
