SOhS Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the SOhS Android app. The official SOhS website terms are available at https://www.societyofhomosapiens.org/terms/.

1. Purpose of the App

SOhS is a daily human-question and civic reflection app. It is intended to help users think, vote, view anonymous aggregate results, and open related discussion pages on the SOhS website.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use the app respectfully and lawfully.
• Do not attempt to manipulate votes, bypass duplicate-vote controls, or attack the backend service.
• Do not misuse support, correction, or feedback channels.
• Do not copy, scrape, or republish app or website content in a misleading way.

3. Voting and Public Results

Voting results are shown as aggregate public signals. Country chips and percentages are informational and may depend on sample size, device signals, backend availability, and current app logic. They should not be treated as scientific polling.

4. Content and Discussions

SOhS questions, explanations, discussion paths, share cards, and website content are provided for education, reflection, and discussion. They are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

5. Availability

We may update, pause, change, or remove app features, questions, discussions, reminders, or backend services when needed for reliability, policy compliance, security, or product improvement.
