TenFixa Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how TenFixa users can request deletion of their account and related data.

1. In-App Account Deletion

If you can still access your account, the fastest method is to use the in-app deletion flow.

Steps

  1. Sign in to TenFixa
  2. Open the workspace or account menu
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion request

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account:

  • your app account access is removed
  • your active profile and access relationships are removed from operational use
  • some historical records may be retained where necessary for system integrity, audit history, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or workspace recordkeeping

Some records may be retained after deletion where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, audit history, workspace integrity, or subscription/payment recordkeeping.

Additional role-specific behavior:

  • Landlord: deleting a landlord account may also remove landlord-owned workspace data associated with that account
  • Tenant or Agent: deleting a tenant or agent account removes that user's account access, but some historical maintenance records may remain as part of the workspace history

3. If You Cannot Access the App

If you cannot sign in and still want your account deleted, contact us by email.

Send your request to: developer@sweaf.biz

Please include:

  • the email address used for your TenFixa account
  • a request stating that you want your TenFixa account deleted
  • any relevant identity details needed for verification

For security reasons, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing deletion.

4. Processing Time

We aim to review and process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.

5. Important Notes

  • deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account
  • deleting your account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription
  • if you have a subscription, manage cancellation through Google Play as applicable
  • other users in a workspace are not automatically deleted just because one user deletes their own account
