TenFixa Privacy Policy

TenFixa is a property maintenance coordination app developed by SWEAF®. This Privacy Policy explains how TenFixa collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the TenFixa mobile application and related support services.
TenFixa is used by landlords, tenants, and agents to report issues, manage maintenance workflows, receive updates, and access related property records.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Account Information
- Name
- Email address
- Password credentials managed through our authentication provider
- Phone number, if you choose to provide it
- Profile photo, if you choose to upload it
- Preferred language and profile settings
Workspace and Role Information
- Your user role, such as landlord, tenant, or agent
- Property and unit associations
- Membership and access status within a workspace
Maintenance and Binder Information
- Ticket descriptions, categories, urgency-related inputs, and status history
- Photos or videos uploaded with maintenance tickets
- Binder documents, inspection media, and compliance reminders
- Comments, notes, and role-visible ticket events
Device and Technical Information
- Push notification device tokens
- Basic app and device metadata needed for authentication, security, and notification delivery
- Error and operational logs generated by our infrastructure providers
Subscription and Billing Information
- Workspace subscription status
- Google Play purchase metadata needed to verify subscriptions
We do not store your full payment card details in the app; subscription payments are processed by Google Play.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal and operational information to:
- create and manage accounts
- authenticate users and maintain sessions
- deliver maintenance workflows and workspace access
- send password reset, verification, and account-related emails
- send push notifications for relevant ticket and reminder events
- store and retrieve ticket media and binder files
- verify subscription status and enforce premium access rules
- improve app security, reliability, and support response
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
TenFixa does not display third-party ads and does not sell personal information.
We may share information only as necessary with service providers that help us operate TenFixa, such as:
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend services
- Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notification delivery
- Google Play for subscription billing and purchase verification
- Email infrastructure providers used for account verification, password recovery, and invite delivery
Within the app itself, information is also shared role-to-role as required for the service to function. For example:
- landlords and agents may see maintenance tickets and related tenant-provided information for assigned properties or units
- tenants may see ticket updates and tenant-visible remarks
- binder access depends on role and unit assignment
4. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain account security, preserve maintenance history, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
If you delete your account:
- your account access is removed
- your profile and active access relationships are removed from operational use
- some historical records may remain where necessary for audit, integrity, fraud prevention, or workspace recordkeeping
- if you are a landlord, deleting your account may also delete landlord-owned workspace data associated with your account
5. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
You can:
- update some profile information inside the app
- change your password inside the app
- request password recovery from the sign-in screen
- delete your account using the in-app account deletion flow

6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect user data, including authentication controls, role-based access controls, and managed infrastructure security through our providers. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
TenFixa is not directed to children under 13. The service is intended for property-management-related use by adults and authorized users. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us at developer@sweaf.biz.
8. International Data Processing
Your information may be processed and stored by service providers in countries other than your own, depending on the infrastructure used to operate TenFixa.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and publish the revised version at https://www.sweaf.biz.
