TenFixa Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of TenFixa, a mobile application developed by SWEAF®. By using TenFixa, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

TenFixa is a property maintenance coordination platform that allows landlords, tenants, and agents to manage maintenance requests, ticket updates, notifications, workspace access, and property-related documents.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use the service in your jurisdiction. By using TenFixa, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the service for the relevant property or role.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials secure
• providing accurate account information
• using the correct invited email address when applicable
• all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the service, violate these Terms, or create risk to the platform or other users.

4. Role-Based Use

TenFixa supports role-based access. Your use of features depends on your assigned role:

• landlords manage workspaces, units, subscriptions, and invitations
• tenants submit and track maintenance issues for assigned units
• agents manage tickets and operational tasks for assigned units

You must not attempt to access data, units, or features beyond your assigned permissions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful purposes
• impersonate another user
• upload malicious, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• interfere with app security, availability, or infrastructure
• attempt to access data that is not assigned to you

6. Maintenance Information and Uploaded Content

You retain responsibility for the content you submit, including ticket descriptions, media, notes, and documents. You grant us a limited right to store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate TenFixa.

You must ensure that any uploaded content is lawful and that you are authorized to submit it.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features may require a paid workspace subscription. In TenFixa:

• the landlord is generally the billing owner
• tenants do not pay directly
• agents do not pay directly
• subscriptions are processed through Google Play where required

Trials, renewals, pricing, cancellations, and billing terms are subject to the applicable platform rules and the subscription details shown at the time of purchase.

After a workspace trial expires, TenFixa may limit access to premium features such as multi-unit operations, agent management, and Digital Binder editing until an active subscription is restored.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. Subscription cancellation must be handled through the relevant app store account where applicable.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account through the in-app account deletion flow, subject to service behavior and record-retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

If you are a landlord, deleting your account may also remove landlord-owned workspace data. Tenant and agent accounts are not automatically deleted when a landlord deletes a workspace.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep TenFixa available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, be improved, or be discontinued over time.

10. No Emergency Services

TenFixa is not an emergency response system. Do not rely on TenFixa for urgent life, safety, medical, fire, or law-enforcement emergencies. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services immediately.

11. Disclaimer

TenFixa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free from defects.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWEAF® will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use of TenFixa.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or create operational, legal, or security risk.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws in the jurisdiction where SWEAF® is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will publish the revised version and update the Effective Date.
