AuroWomen — Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and SWEAF®. By creating an account, using preview mode or otherwise using AuroWomen, you accept these Terms.
The Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, Finance Disclaimer, Community Policy, Safety Feature Limitations and SMS Consent Notice form part of these Terms.
2. What AuroWomen Is
AuroWomen is a wellbeing companion for cycle awareness, daily check-ins, personal planning, safety preparation, community support and personal money organization.
AuroWomen is not a medical provider, medical device, emergency service, crisis line, therapist, bank, payment service or financial, legal or tax adviser.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement.
4. Account Responsibilities
Sign-in uses one-time email codes. You are responsible for securing your email account and device.
Keep safety-critical information accurate, particularly trusted-contact names and phone numbers.
Preview information is stored only on your device and may be lost if the device is lost or reset, the app is removed or app storage is cleared.
5. Acceptable Use
Use AuroWomen lawfully and for personal purposes.
Do not interfere with security, access another user’s information, impersonate anyone, upload malware, spam, scrape data or misuse community and safety functions.
Do not enter another person’s details unless you may lawfully store and use them.
6. Health, Safety, Finance and Community Limits
The Medical Disclaimer, Finance Disclaimer, Community Policy and Safety Feature Limitations explain important restrictions.
In immediate danger or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services first. AuroWomen does not dispatch police, ambulance or fire services.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of personal content you enter.
You grant SWEAF® a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure and support AuroWomen.
Do not submit content you have no right to use or another person’s private information without permission.
8. SWEAF® Content
AuroWomen’s software, design, branding and original content belong to SWEAF® or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app.
9. Fees
AuroWomen is currently free. Any future paid feature will display its price and applicable payment terms before purchase.
10. Automated Safety-Alert SMS
Automated SMS is an optional safety feature intended for eligible trusted contacts in the United States and Canada where the service is configured and approved.
Before enabling automated SMS for a trusted contact, you must obtain that person’s permission and confirm it using the optional consent control in AuroWomen. The control is not preselected.
A trusted contact can remain available for manual calling and messaging without automated-SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of using or purchasing AuroWomen.
Messages contain user-triggered SOS safety information and may include the user’s name, alert time, available location context, a map link and an acknowledgement link.
Message frequency varies according to SOS alerts initiated by the user. A trusted contact may receive no messages or multiple messages if alerts or permitted delivery retries are triggered.
Message and data rates may apply.
A recipient may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Support is also available at developer@sweaf.biz.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may fail because of network availability, carrier filtering, provider errors, invalid numbers, device conditions or other circumstances.
AuroWomen is not an emergency service. An SMS does not dispatch emergency responders and does not guarantee that a trusted contact has read or acted upon an alert.
Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
11. Export and Account Deletion
You can export supported account information and delete your account from Profile.
Deletion removes the account identity and supported associated information when completed. Limited de-identified operational records, security records, legal holds and time-limited backups may remain where reasonably necessary or legally required.
12. Availability
AuroWomen is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, accurate or error-free insights, predictions, notifications, community content, safety workflows or third-party services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWEAF® is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or lost-data damages, or for harm arising from failed or delayed SOS delivery, inaccurate or unavailable location, provider failures or reliance on app content contrary to these Terms.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid to SWEAF® during the preceding 12 months or INR 5,000.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify SWEAF® against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use, prohibited conduct or submission of content you had no right to use, except to the extent SWEAF® caused the issue.
15. App-Store Terms
Applicable Google Play or Apple App Store terms also apply when you obtain AuroWomen through those services.
16. Suspension and Termination
SWEAF® may restrict or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, endanger users, abuse services or must be restricted by law.
17. Changes
Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email before taking effect where required.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Competent courts in India have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights available in your country.
